We were fortunate to have Corporate Solutions provide our AV for our 2-day conference at the Delta Toronto Airport hotel and conference centre. Although we were strongly encouraged to use the in-house AV team, the cost was more than our budget would allow and the initial consultation lacked the personal touch.
From the initial meeting with Marcel, who laid out all our options and described the set up in detail, we were confident our AV needs would be met. The team worked with us to discuss the equipment options and budget and were able to offer top notch service and support.

I have had the privilege of utilizing Lee's services for the past few
years, specifically in the areas of Projection, Video Streaming and
Networking. As such, we have fully upgraded the church's Projector,
Projection PC/software, implemented a compatible Video Streaming
PC/software/cameras, along with reworking on LAN and Wireless networks
to improve performance and segregation where needed.
Lee brings a vast amount of knowledge, experience and resources to the
table. He listens carefully to any requirements, ask questions to
validate both immediate and future needs, then he works to put together
cost effective and sustainable solutions. We have found that the
services that Lee provided, exceeded our expectations and became
foundational building blocks for future enhancements. More on that below.
Lee was able to provide a full solution from beginning to end, including
any hardware, software and cabling required, including installation,
along with training. In fact, Lee put together onsite training for our
specific situation and needs.
Based on our past experience, Lee was our #1 choice to assist further
with significant AV upgrades in several areas of our building as part of
upcoming renovations. As such, Lee has been working with our Building
Committee and Architects to design and improve Networking, AV and Video
Security as part of that planned work. The great thing is, that all of
this leverages AV and networking building blocks already established
with Lee's help during the pass few years.
In the end, we will have integrated and interoperable AV, IT Network and
Security cameras across much of our building which is far more than we
initially envisioned or imagined. Much of this is due to Lee's ability
to understand who we are, where we would like to go and providing us the
knowledge and tools to get there.
